Annual Confidential Report (ACR)

The DGHS is one of the agencies of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare of Bangladesh. The main functions of this agency are the implementation of different health programs, health management, planning & execution of different policies through administration. In addition to this, DGHS provides technical assistance to the ministry.

Doctors working under Directorate General of Health services has to fill-up an Annual Confidential Report (ACR) form and submit to Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS). Upon analysis of these reports’ doctors are given promotion, training, job fixation, selection grade and time scale, etc. Without central access and rapid analysis of these information Doctors throughout Bangladesh would be deprived of their aforementioned rights.

Our objective as DIVO Solutions Limited was eliminate all the difficulties faced by DGHS by using our ICR Technology and choose a creative method through which DGHS will be able to do their project in a short period of time.

DIVO Solutions Limited digitized these files using state of the art production scale document scanners from Kodak Alaris, indexed and classified these images, developed a customized web-based record management platform and completed integration with their centralized HRIS Platform.

DIVO has accomplished the following services under this project:

• Scanning of 15000 Doctors’ ACR files.
• Scanned Approx. 1000000 (+) pages.
• 8 metadata field indexing of scanned ACR files using Key from Image (KFI) technology.
• Development of a web-based record management software for easy search and retrieve of scanned files.
• Development of Rest API for the integration with the HRIS Platform.
• Training of the relevant officers.
• Supplied Production Scale ADF scanner to digitize our on wards documents.
